L\u00e0 kh\u00e1ng sinh b\u00e1n t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p t\u1eeb Rifampicin B, c\u00f3 ph\u1ed5 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng v\u1edbi c\u00e1c vi khu\u1ea9n Mycobacterium trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 vi khu\u1ea9n lao, phong v\u00e0 vi khu\u1ea9n kh\u00e1c nh\u01b0 M.bovis, M.avium. \u1ede n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 0,1 \u2013 2,0 mcg\/ml \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf vi khu\u1ea9n lao. M\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 di\u1ec7t khu\u1ea9n c\u1ee7a Isoniazid ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 thu\u1ed1c t\u1ea1i v\u1ecb tr\u00ed t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m c\u1ee7a vi khu\u1ea9n. Pyrazinamid di\u1ec7t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u1ef1c khu\u1ea9n lao m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng v\u1edbi c\u00e1c vi khu\u1ea9n kh\u00e1c. \u1ede pH 5,6, n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u d\u01b0\u1edbi 20 mcg\/ml c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf vi khu\u1ea9n lao, v\u1edbi pH trung t\u00ednh thu\u1ed1c h\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng. Rifampicin h\u1ea5p thu nhanh qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng ti\u00eau h\u00f3a. Thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ea1t n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111\u1ec9nh trong huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng l\u00e0 7 \u2013 9 mcg\/ml v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u 600mg sau 2 \u2013 4 gi\u1edd. S\u1ef1 h\u1ea5p thu c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ecb ch\u1eadm khi d\u00f9ng c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi th\u1ee9c \u0103n. N\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 trong huy\u1ebft thanh t\u1ed1i \u0111a \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0 3 \u2013 5 mcg\/ml sau 1-2 gi\u1edd u\u1ed1ng 5 mg\/kg. S\u1ef1 h\u1ea5p thu v\u00e0 sinh kh\u1ea3 d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a Isoniazid b\u1ecb gi\u1ea3m khi d\u00f9ng c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi th\u1ee9c \u0103n.<\/p>\n Isoniazid ph\u00e2n b\u1ed1 r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i v\u00e0o c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan, c\u00e1c m\u00f4 v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch c\u01a1 th\u1ec3. Thu\u1ed1c khu\u1ebfch t\u00e1n v\u00e0o trong d\u1ecbch n\u00e3o t\u1ee7y v\u1edbi n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 b\u1eb1ng 20% n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 thu\u1ed1c trong huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng. Khi m\u00e0ng n\u00e3o b\u1ecb vi\u00eam n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00e0y t\u0103ng l\u00ean 65 \u2013 90%. N\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 thu\u1ed1c trong d\u1ecbch n\u00e3o t\u1ee7y g\u1ea7n gi\u1ed1ng v\u1edbi n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 trong huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh kho\u1ea3ng 10%.<\/p>\n Pyrazinamid chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a \u1edf gan th\u00e0nh ch\u1ea5t chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a c\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh l\u00e0 acid pyrazinoic.<\/p>\n Th\u1eddi gian b\u00e1n th\u1ea3i c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c l\u00e0 9 \u2013 10 gi\u1edd v\u00e0 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i khi b\u1ecb suy th\u1eadn ho\u1eb7c suy gan.
