C\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m tra ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb, m\u1ed7i 3 th\u00e1ng trong n\u0103m \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 sau \u0111\u00f3.
