C\u00e1c t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a l\u1ef1c n\u00e9n \u0111\u1ed9ng m\u1ea1ch \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c minh h\u1ecda trong H\u00ecnh 14.2. Do \u0111\u00f3, qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh chi\u1ebft xu\u1ea5t O2 >50% cho th\u1ea5y vi\u1ec7c cung c\u1ea5p O2 \u0111\u1ee7 th\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111e d\u1ecda <\/strong>ho\u1eb7c l\u00e0m suy y\u1ebfu qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a hi\u1ebfu kh\u00ed (18).
